There are several ways to help raise dollars for the Camp Daggett Adventure Center programs with Kayak for a Cause on Walloon Lake. As a kayaker you can either pay your fee or get others to pledge to support you and raise the fee that way. You can purchase a dock flag for $50.00 or you can simply donate to Camp Daggett for Kayak for a Cause on Walloon Lake.
We have a generous donor who has indicated that they will match all money raised for Kayak for a Cause on Walloon Lake up to $20,000.00. This is a wonderful opportunity to support the year round programs at Camp Daggett. Please consider supporting Kayak for a Cause on Walloon Lake, knowing that whatever you give will be doubled!

Join the kayaking team and know that your efforts will result in providing scholarships to children so they may participate in Camp Daggett Adventure Center (CDAC) programs.
NEW Easy Does it Tour (Saturday only) is approximately 10-12 miles. This is for the kayaker looking for a more relaxed pace with technical instruction available. First time kayakers will enjoy this course or maybe "slow as you go" is your motto. Try the fun obstacle course in the water at Camp Daggett to sharpen your skills. This course will be adapted due to weather conditions. Our very own Karen Marietti, CDAC Director, will lead this tour and provide instruction to those who want it. A guide boat will follow along with the tour.
Traditional Full Speed Ahead Tour is a faster pace non-competitive two-day 30 mile tour plus optional challenges to add to the adventure designed to keep you on your toes. You can also join the team for one day only if you prefer. Expect short rest stops and maybe a quick dip to cool off in wonderful Walloon Lake. Mary Ling is the leader of this trip. She is an experienced kayaker plus is a trianed adventure education facilitator at the Camp Daggett Adventure Center. A guide boat will follow along with the tour.
