At Camp Daggett, we offer flexible catering options to suit the needs of your event. Whether you prefer to have your meals prepared by our on-site catering team, bring your own food, or take advantage of our facilities to prepare your meals, we have you covered. Explore our catering options below!

Camp Daggett Catering

  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options available.

  • $500 minimum charge; can serve fewer than 50 people.

  • Menu options provided upon request.

  • Final guest counts due 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Prices may vary based on group needs.

Outside Catering

  • Food prepared by a licensed and insured catering company using Camp Daggett’s facilities and commercial kitchen.

  • Certified food protection manager required during all preparation and service*

Delivered/Pre-Made Food

  • Bring or have food delivered that doesn’t require on-site preparation (e.g., sack lunches, pizza, subs).

  • Fridge/freezer available for use.

Self-Prepared Food

  • Prepare food on-site using Camp Daggett’s commercial kitchen.

  • Certified food protection manager required during all preparation and service*

  • Responsible for additional licensing if serving food to the public.

*There are several certification options to become a certified food protection manager, such as ServSafe. A copy of the certification would be due no later than check-in.
